Freddie and the tripod, stack/tilt, etc.

Here is an interesting sequence of a younger Freddie Couple's swing. To my untrained eye, I see some things that have been the subject of debate lately. I would enjoy reading the assessments/comments of some of our knowledgeable posters. :)

"True" CF Swinger to me. Rotated Plane Lines and the whole bit. Cranks it up and let's it fly. CF aligns the shaft and the clubface.

Anything that you would like to reference in particular - I'm guessing you have a particular interest in this thread?

What benefits did/does Freddy derive from his takeaway being "off plane"?

When he loads the shaft at "end" - right elbow is "flying" but clubshaft is "across the line" - is this a way of swinger loading pp3 in rotated position? Like John Daly??

When did Freddy start to have back problems?

Something so powerful yet seemingly effortless must be doing so much right!! Did his swing contribute to his back or did his bad back lead him to swing in this way??

Did Homer see Freddy play?? I have read somewhere that the "right forearm pickup" might be linked to Freddy?

Alot of questions! Thanks for any replies!

Actually I was thinking more of that Tripod junk, and a little stack and tilt. :laughing9
