Hand position?
 

Since I´ve got a week off I have been spending the day with javelinthrowing at an almost empty course(with wintergreens).However, I am confused as to how the hands should be positioned at the top when javelinthrowing. Vertical(which makes it difficult to have a flat left wrist) or rotaded clockwards which gives a flatter swingplane. Anyone who could help?
