Wrist Action

Can anyone tell me if there is a relationship between Joe Dante's backward right-wrist break and Tomasello's first move in his Drills video?

both the same.

Wrist Action

Thrust, thanks for your response. I thought there was a similarity. Dante and Tomasello just have different ways of saying the same thing. Other golfing machine instructors, however, don't stess this early wrist break. I wonder what Yoda thinks.

ever heard of the waggle?

This is interesting to me too. My backswing 'feels' like I am using hands to bend my wrists backwards (not cock but flatten the left and cup the right). This bending motion continues until the club goes behind me and up

Its this hand/wrist action that turns my body, I dont consciously turn my shoulders or lift my hands/arms

From there I can just hit the ball hard with right hand

Is this a hands controlled pivot? Im curious to know if what I am feeling is mechanically the same thing?
