Video Error Messages
You may have experienced error messages when accessing videos either directly from a link, or via the Gallery page. Your media player may start to load and then give you a message that the source file is not supported.
The cause of this is due to a sharing of information between your web browser and the media player program. Specifically, a cookie is set when you login that shows you are a registered user. If you don't check the "remember me" box when you log in, then the cookie doesn't get set. So the solution is to check the "remember me" box at login and the video should play without error. |

Did not work for me:???: Pete09 |
Bagger,
On a slightly different note... I have no problem with anything in the gallery, whether movies or pictures BUT I can't see many of the pictures that are posted... particularly ALL the pictures from Annikan.... what might be the cause? |

Send Bambam and I the details of your computer setup via PM and we'll try to help you get things up and running. If you are windows based, it always helps to make sure you have your service packs up to date and you are running the latest release of Windows Media Player. |

Last night I tried and it worked OK. I can view around 10 lessons before an error happened. I will try it again tonight and will report back. Thanks Pete09:smile: |

My browser (which is FIREFOX, BTW) went to a page with a bunch of random numbers and letters on it.... Anyone else having problems? |
