Hitting Basics - How Is The Right Arm Thrust Applied?
 
For Hitting, is there any other technique or feel to applying the Right Arm Thrust other than straightening the Right Arm with muscle power?

Right Arm Feel Is Right Elbow Feel

Right Arm Muscle Power is felt only through your Active Right Elbow (7-20). There is no other way.
