can they actually ban u just cos u use a training aid ?
I doubt it but I understand yr sentiments
its a fact though that I have had pros show me what the takeaway should be but u cant be sure yr doing it right without something like dual track or lasers
i prefer dual track to lasers

The pro has issues with me already. I was helping a friend with his game teaching him about a flat left wrist at impact , plane and lag and he improved very quickly. I caught a couple of looks from the pro before he came over and told me I was not allowed to teach anyone at his range. Only CGI "Cranfield Golf Institute" What a joke name Scott Cranfield golf coaches could teach there. He tried to make a jack ass out of me questioning me about the swing and what made me qualified to help someone. Big mistake as I turned it round and asked him questions and it became very clear that the CGI knowledge he was teaching was junk. After the conversation he suggested that I get in touch with Scott and get a job with him. He also said I could come to the range under condition that I do not help anyone. I know Scott personally and have seen him play . He used to teach at a club where I play golf. The guy does not know what he is doing teaching wise but has 40 coaches teaching at 12 golf ranges. He has applied high pressure sales techniques and BS baffles brains mumbo jumbo to the golf industry and has the biggest teaching academy in the UK. By teaching academy this is 40 golf pros plotted up at his 12 ranges where they charge £40/hour and he takes 35%. They are TAUGHT to ask for a block lesson to be paid in advance by CREDIT CARD as people do not look at the money like they do cash. I got this first hand from a decent guy and a coach that could not stand the cynical way they were taught to stripe up customers and part of this included stretching out the lessons and how to catch the customers and not let them go in the first place.
