Clarification on mechanices for hitters and swingers
I have been struggling with my transition for quite some time now.
The idea of sliding the hips and then turning the hips just doesn't gel for me for some reason.
However, after a bit of research it seems that up until the transition to start down the mechanics of hitting and swingers are or at least can be identical.
RFT to the top, slide the hips down the delivery line, THEN turn the hips OR drive the right arm.
Is this correct?
I ask this because on the course yesterday trying to slide and then turn the hips got me incredibly frustrated and so i started to slide and drive and had some pretty good results.
