I have been hitting the all pretty well overall as a right arm swinger except for the occasional high pop up drive that is straight but only about 150 yards and the occasional straight push to the right.
I think I am closer to solving the push that feels like my left am separates from my left side at and past impact as both arms go out towards right field. I now try to make sure that after I pull to the aim point (inside rear quadrant of the ball)on the downswing that my hands come back inside just before impact so that the extension of the shaft at the handle end points to the target line into the follow through. It seems to help square the clubface and keeps me that rigid straight arm push feeling. (I hope I explained that correctly). If a TGM instructor can validate that is a correct fix, I would appreciate it.
Anyone have any ideas why the very high popup off the tee occurs on occasion?
