More Bungee Jumping

Think of this Straight Line Motion as a Bungee Jump with your #3 Pressure Point. Don't 'bail out' at the Ball -- just keep driving it Down and allow the science of 1-L to 'save you!'

Sure, its scary. But what a ride! And what a rush! Not to mention...

What a shot!

Using your bungee jump analogy, where is the jumping off point? The top of the swing? As in a bungee jump, should I feel like the #3 pressure point is springing back to the top? Or is the "bottom" of the jump at the top of the swing, and the springing back is back to the aiming point.

Any drills or aids for sensing the #3Pressure point. Still can't feel it.

Thx

The 'jumping off point' it the Top of the Straight Line Delivery Path of10-23-A. The 'bottom' could be considered the Release Interval Arc atthe bottom of that Line. This is also the bottom Pulley Wheel Encounter ofthe Endless Belt Effect (2-K #6). However, the most practical 'realtime' bottom is the Feel of being fully stretched out and Down Plane in theBoth Arms Straight Position of the Follow-Through (8-11).

As for sensing the elusive #3 Lag Pressure Point Feel, you must introduce it inthe very short Strokes. In other words, you will find it in the Basic andAquired Motions of 12-5-1-#15 and 12-5-2-#11. Per my above post Swingers andthe #3 Pressure Point Bungee Jump, Hitters will find the #3 Pressure Pointeasier to feel because of its active Thrust against the lagging inertia ofCentrifugal Force.
