Ultimately it is Performance Driven

In general, most folks with swing speeds as high as yours tend to favor heavier shafts than 55 grams. The reasons are probably many, but the primary one being it is difficult getting a shaft that light to have the stiffness and lower torque that higher swing speeds tend to need. So higher swing speeds would tend to spray the ball around a bit or balloon it very high with the really lightweight shafts.

That being said, however, only your results really matter. If you are getting the performance you desire from the lighter weight shaft then play it and win. If you wish to optimize then I would always recommend a good fitter and a launch monitor session (preferably outdoors).
