The two sides of the coin are interpereted from this sentence. My side: Homer recommends a stationary head. Another side: Your head doesn't have to sit still. He recommends it for a reason. By the way, a stationary head IS a Basic Essential. But others say the head can sway, and they even promote it. It's what I was taught to do, to no avail.
