Waste of Money for Me
I posted this at other area too. I have a whole bunch of training aids (and some old ones from EBay too). Some I have tried include Medicus (5 iron, and driver), impact bag, tac tic, swingsetter, and the swing rite. I also have various weighted clubs too just for fun.

What worked...impact bag, tac tic and swing rite.

For me the Swingsetter made me set my wrists too early and with too much force (to get the ball to click) but it did identify where you had the most speed on the downswing. You try to click it in the impact zone.

For my money, get a swing rite to build up speed and the tac tic and impact bag to work on FLW and you will be much better off.

Take if from me (a guy who can slice a Medicus driver and 5 iron all day) that those will work. Nothing can beat a good set of educated hands.
